Hello. The following is a reply from the author of this video, Jesse Richman, MD: I don't recommend putting a Prolene suture in the injector as the injector is designed to hook onto the Hydrus to advance it and then allow it to be released. You may want to consider the GATT procedure if you prefer to use Prolene.
