Philippe Berros, MD, proposes a new technique for treating periorbital hollowing with hyaluronic acid gel filling using a unique cannula designed specifically for periorbital use. That technique takes about 15 minutes for both eyes. Classical complications linked to injection such as hematomas, "clumping" and stasis are less frequent than with needle injection.
