Balidis Miltos, MD, PhD, FEBO, presents a femtosecond assisted anterior lamellar keratoplasty in a 56-year-old patient with a old corneal scar. The 250-mm flap is made with the Ziemer Femto LDV femtosecond laser. The Allegreto Excimer Laser is then used to completely remove the scar and a donor graft is sutured into place.

hi,i`ve a five years old girl with central superficial 150 micron depth opacity after lamellar hnjury 2 years before, best corrected vision is 20/100 I`m planing for intralase assested anterior lamellar keratoplasty .i need to get your experience regarding prognosis specially interface complications,thanks
