Angle Kappa in Multifocal IOL

This video discusses the role of angle kappa for the cataract surgeon, especially in relation to patient symptoms after multifocal IOL implantation. Evaluation of the glued IOL as a technique to center the multifocal IOL on the visual axis of the patient taking into consideration the angle kappa is shown. Centration of the IOL can be ensured by adjusting the degree of tuck of the individual haptics into the scleral pocket.
