Wound Revision and Compression Sutures for Treatment of Post PKP Astigmatism

This patient had PKP done for keratoconus many years ago. Subsequently he has developed approximately 8D of astigmatism that is hard to correct with a contact lens. Thus we proceeded with wound revision and compression sutures to modify his astigmatism. [No sound]
