Case Review: Progression of Glaucomatous Optic Neuropathy

Sila Bal, MD, MPH, welcomes Iqbal Ike K. Ahmed, MD, FRCSC, in the first of a two-part episode to review a case of a 68-year-old man with a history of primary open-angle glaucoma who experienced progression of a visual field defect and glaucomatous optic neuropathy. He also discusses how earlier intervention with minimally invasive techniques has changed the glaucoma surgery field.
