This video highlights the surgical management of a 7-year-old boy with familial exudative vitreoretinopathy. The right eye demonstrated peripheral avascularity with vascular leakage and areas of traction. The left eye exhibited a dense vitreous hemorrhage and a tractional retinal detachment. The decision was made to pursue laser in the right eye with additional pars plana vitrectomy and scleral buckle insertion for the left eye to relieve traction and stabilize the retina.
