This is dated now but there are many important steps not to mentionpearls that would be important for a video for surgeons. Just protocol points. Caliper settings for enclavation needle insertion(9mm). Direction is straight down. Viscoelastic? Miostat. How much to enclavate? Pupil stretch or distortion or poor centration? Re-enclavation techniques. Removal of viscoelastic..gently.. Dealing with cylinder with suture. Long vrs short tunnel. The Wurst- Artesan- Verisyce still has a place and indications are yet another topic.
