Using Astigmatic Keratotomy with LenSx for Laser Assisted Cataract Surgery with a Toric IOL

Show Description +

Scott E. LaBorwit, MD, demonstrates how astigmatic keratotomy incisions created by the LenSx Laser can maximize outcomes with a toric lens. This allows titration of astigmatism management in the office, assists in placement of the toric IOL or the exact axis and also over time to see if the IOL has shifted in the office. The video also shares settings to maximize phaco energy reduction during lens removal.
