This is a postcataract (pseudophacic) case as mentioned in narration. Later on we developed the technique and inserted a 6mm infusion line posteriorly which we were able to visualise also by US, but I think here you need infusion which was AC maintainer initially...

dear sir, i don't see any logic behind keeping this cataractous lens and AC maintainer intact, doing dry vitrectomy behind with the risk of iatrogenic and globe collapse.
