Michael Patterson, DO, presents a patient who had an ACIOL placed that was causing recurrent hyphema and raised intraocular pressures. After unsuccessful washout, the patient was taken to the operating room and the ACIOL was explanted and an Akreos lens (Bausch + Lomb) was fixated with gortex.
