This video demonstrates a twin-duty cycle cutter (DORC) used with 27-gauge instrumentation. A second port inside the pneumatic spring-driven cutter improves flow efficiency by allowing the maintenance of duty cycle without attenuation while the cutting rate is increased. [No sound]
