In this video, Dr. Brandon Baartman illustrates a back-surface flap treatment using the WaveLight EX500 excimer laser (Alcon) and a "double card" technique. The patient underwent sequential +0.50 / -0.50 treatments to the undersurface of the flap to maintain spherical equivalence. An excellent postoperative outcome was achieved.
