Michael Patterson, DO, presents a 20-year-old patient with a traumatic cataract, history of trabeculectomy from the trauma, and 4 clock hours of iridocorneal touch. The patient was referred in for cataract surgery and the decision was made to use the miLoop device (Iantech) to avoid any stress on the zonules.
