A 73-year-old man presented with decreased vision and increased glare from a cataract in his right eye. He had a sustained a BB gun injury in that eye at age 14. Examination showed a large iridodialysis and zonular dialysis. Dr. McCabe shares how she handled cataract surgery and iridodialysis repair.
