John Philip Lim, MD, presents a case of a 22-year-old patient who came to the clinic with a traumatic cataract with 4 clock-hour iridodialysis and zonulysis after a motor vehicle accident. Dr. Lim performs three procedures to repair this eye: lensectomy with a PCIOL, scleral fixated cionni ring with goretex using a snare technique, and iridodialysis using a modified sewing technique.
