This is a variation of a technique I reported in 1995 using 6-0 instead of 10-0 prolene but otherwise the same. Here's a link to PDF. https://www.dropbox.com/s/s28zgbbnnsim4le/sewingmachine%20copy.pdf?dl=0 My concern is that these flanges can easily be exposed when rubbing the eye etc. Not the same as Yamane where the flanges are buried in scleral tunnels at the end of the case.
