This video is about a post-traumatic cataract and zonular rupture. We performed a capsular distension using the haptic of a rigid IOL. Then we performed phacoemulsification and implantation of a folding Ocuflex IOL. Finally, we observe good stability and centering of the capsular bag and the IOL.
