Toric IOL Analog Axis Marking Technique

The art of toric lens implantation is to mark an axis of astigmatism and to position a lens on a target axis precisely. Currently dedicated tools are not precise enough, and digital systems available on the market are a costly solution. The "analog” method of marking the axis of astigmatism is relatively simple and extremely precise.

You can use a insulin needle to mark the limbus as well . It works just fine!
