Dr. Barrett presents his microincisional coaxial phaco technique. Visualization of the capsulorhexis under the Zeiss OPMI VISU 200 and OPMI Lumera T are shown to illustrate the difference in contrast and detail. Vertical phaco chop is performed through a sub-2mm trapezoidal incision which is enlarged to 2.6mm to accommodate IOL insertion.
