This video demonstrates the injection of an enVista MX60E IOL (Bausch + Lomb). The sutures are inserted into the eyelets and kept anterior to the haptics. Then, the sutures and lens are inserted into a B-Cartridge. The lens is injected posterior to the iris maintaining the anterior position of the sutures.
