Trapped subretinal perfluorocarbon was easily removed with a 38-gauge cannula under silicon oil with a very low perfusion profile. The incision into the bubble was self sealing and silicon oil removal was not necessary.

Simple explanation. Great skills and a Very nice video. I would prefer to do it under Oil infusion if cost of oil is not a question.
