I. Paul Singh, MD, presents a standalone case that highlights interventional glaucoma. The patient presented with mild primary open-angle glaucoma and had difficulty taking four topical drops. Dr. Singh performed iTrack canaloplasty (Nova Eye Medical) and placed an iDose TR procedural pharmaceutical (Glaukos). The video also highlights the shearing forces that allow for the fluid wave into the distal collector channels and vessels from the iTrack.
