I. Paul Singh, MD, presents a case of standalone Streamline Surgical System (New World Medical) and iStent infinite (Glaukos). The patient has a history of selective laser trabeculoplasty, cataract surgery, and was taking three topical medications with compliance issues. Dr. Singh shares why he considers this an ideal MIGS standalone case, combinig viscodilation and stenting to maximize the potential to reduce the drop burden with as little trabecular meshwork disruption as possible.
