John Doane, MD, demonstrates an off-label SMILE enhancement procedure, a pseudo-Circle technique using the VisuMax femtosecond laser (Carl Zeiss Meditec). A LASIK flap is created from the SMILE cap, and excimer laser ablation is performed to resolve the residual refractive error.
