This is a complex case involving a rather small pupil. The video aims to help surgeons understand ways to navigate cases without the use of pupil expanding devices. The use of the Y-hook shows how to ensure safety throughout the procedure. To end the case, Dr. Patterson placed an iStent from Glaukos and performed endoscopic cyclophotocoagulation (ECP).
