In this video, Ainur Rahman, MD, demonstrates femtosecond laser-assisted CAIRS, using what he calls "The Ainur Method" for insertion of KeraNatural (VisionGift) implants. This method only requires a single incision (instead of two), is quick, and does not require dehydration of tissue, thus significantly reducing surgery time.
