Second Hydrodissection for Weak Zonules

When weak zonules are noticed during cataract surgery, the removal of cortical material can further stress the zonules, creating complications. This video shows how performing a second hydrodissection can better separate cortex from the capsule, decreasing the stress on zonules during I/A.
