This hydrophobic, aspheric, acrylic lens has the benefit of avoiding opacification under gas or oil following Descemet's stripping automated endothelial keratoplasty or vitreoretinal surgeries over the Akreos AO60 lens (Bausch + Lomb). The associated instructional video demonstrates the four-point scleral fixation procedure.
