Laurie Sullivan, FRANZCO, presents a case of scleral necrosis with calcified plaque 22 years after pterygium surgery and B irradiation. There was a significant risk for infectious (fungal) scleritis. Scleral patch allograft surgery was performed, along with conjunctival autograft.
