Scleral Fixation of In-Bag Toric IOL

This video shows a case of traumatic anterior dislocation of half of the lenticular bag with a toric IOL implanted 10 years ago. The surgical plan was to fixate the bag and the IOL in the right axis to the sclera using a 10-0 polypropylene suture passing through the IOL's existing hole.
