Frederic Aissani, MD, shares a case in which a 71-year-old woman experienced worsening vision. Examination showed a subluxated, tilting IOL. Dr. Aissani demonstrates the removal of the three-piece IOL and implantation of a collamer lens. Three weeks after the procedure, Dr. Aissani performed scleral-fixated Iluvien (Alimera Sciences) implantation for secondary cystoid macular edema.
