Lisa Arbisser, MD, presents a 45-year-old diabetic who had a vitreous hemorrhage and uncomplicated pars plana vitrectomy that led to an uncontrolled IOP which necessitated a trabeculectomy. A week following the trabeculectomy the patient presented with a cataract and no anterior chamber.
