Hi David,at a moment I filt capsule could be injured because of that I keep the quadrant opposit to phacotip to be the last,it gives support to capsule, goodluck

I would agree with your comments Marcos. Efficicient surgery suggests technical skill. Fast surgery is sloppy. I have no interest in the latter.

Patients love quick surgery, I prefer to enhance my own pleasure having a few moments of autocontemplation, and extending the concept of slow life to slow surgery. I really hate to loose minutes beetween patients and we make 6 cases/ hour but I will take all the time to perform a nearly square incision or low turbulence fragments aspiration.
