John Hofbauer, MD, presents a case of cataract extraction and removal of an intralenticular foreign body presenting three weeks after initial trauma. The anterior capsule is stained with VisionBlue (trypan blue) and a curvilinar capsulorhexis is performed in a manner to incorporate the penetration site.
