David W. Reagan, MD, present his iSert insertion technique of a pre-loaded aspheric IOL. The cartridge is inserted bevel down, then rotated superiorly to allow the haptic to enter inferiorly. As the optic opens, the bevel is rotated to help position the optic and trailing haptic in the bag.
