The video shows a cataract procedure in a woman with only one seeing eye who has had multiple radial keratotomy incisions, some of which extend into the sclera. Faced with this rather unique situation, the surgical plan has to be modified repeatedly. The video illustrates the changes in strategy that are needed to achieve a successful completion of the case.

Hi Nikolz, I am not a great expert in biometry for post RK cases, as I said in the commentary - I have only done a few post RK cases. For Biometry I follow Warren Hill's advise which is on - http://www.doctor-hill.com/iol-main/postRK.htm Warren knows more about biometry than I can ever hope to! Best Wishes

tough case - suggest iris hooks for the pupil issue and LEC removal with bimanual IA or curette to help prevent phimosis
