umm...if you can do manual rhexis for anterior, why not for posterior?

What OVD do you use? Must be the OVD be removed after procedure? What is the persantage of secondary hypertension? What will be with capsule remnants? Why is it better than YAG-laser capsulotomy? Why don’t you use the whole femtophaco (anterior capsulotomy, nucleus, incisions)?
