I used normal cannula from HEALON syringe. What type of cannula do you used ? I will try to do again. Thanks for your suggestion.

Hi Prasertc, When trying out a technique you did not use before, there are always a lot of things that may prevent you from getting the desired outcome. 1) what kind of hydrodissection cannula do you use? A different cannula tip design may require another approach than that in the video. 2) ask a colleague to view your hydrodissection procedure, Always valuable to get feedback from onlookers. Myself I have tried a lot of techniques through the years, many times I did not succeed the first time but later when revisiting everything worked fine. This hydrodissection tip did actually work perfectly in my hands the first time I tried it. Cheers BJ
