It might seem that the sutured IOL was present at the retro pupil space initially, since you were able to create a reasonable air fill to perform the scoring of descemet and to scrape it. However if you watch at 36 seconds when you remove descemet the air bubble initially goes down, but the multiple small air bubble come together into one n the AC suggesting there was positive air behind the pupil already. The video was edited as an anterior chamber maintainer was now in the AC and then at some point the IOL became further dislocated and you had a single chamber eye. Given the scleral fixation sutures were extremely long to allow the IOL to dislocate in the AP direction, there must have been to minimal capsular support keeping it initially in the retro pupil space....
