I have just seen a description of endonucleous disection in brown cataracts dated in 2008, to my knowledge this is the first description of an early decrease and conquer or endonucleous disection. See it in youtube INDIAPANKAJ

Dear Lakshmi, I´m sorry, our video overlay is broken, thanks for your interest, vaccum and US are linear with dual pedal control, US horizontal, max vac 400, max US 30% , 30 pulses per second and 40% work load, with these settings it´s not unusual to get line clogging in this instance we change to more US power and vaccum to clean the line. Total US effective phaco time for a cataract like this is usually less than 20 sec Thank you
