We present a video showcasing surgical management of peripheral anterior synechiae using various gonioscopy lenses and a bouquet of cases for which phaco-goniosynechialysis (Phaco-GSL) was performed using the “tap”, the “sweep” and the “tweep” (or “tap and sweep”) techniques. High quality intra-operative video has been complemented with imaging where possible.
