During this live surgery event, Amar Agarwal, FRCS, harvests a donor pre Descemet's endothelial keratoplasty (PDEK) graft and demonstrates the implantation procedure. The tissue is rolled and placed in a standard IOL injector. Once the graft is injected in a deep chamber, it is unrolled and centered. Air is injected under the graft.

This case was recorded during the Live Surgery event at the 2015 Intraocular Implant and Refractive Surgery Convention (IIRSI).
