In a case presented by Priya Sharma, MD, and Jeffrey Heier, MD, a patient with a Baerveldt (Johnson & Johnson Vision) placed in the pars plana required all vitreous strands to be removed. After vitrectomy using conventional posterior visualization, the surgical team turned to endoscopy to address the anterior vitreous.
