A 74-year old male presents with complaints of poor visual acuity for 6 months. Funduscopy and OCT revealed an optic pit and macular edema. F Mira, M Marques, and F Henriques present their surgical management which entailed 23G vitrectormy and stripping of the hyaloid. Cohesive viscoelastic was used hold the peeled ILM over the optic disc.
