This is our standard technique for DMEK tissue harvesting and marking for proper orientation of the graft. This technique saves the stroma for a DALK procedure in another eye. The video shows the complete DMEK procedure, beginning with the tissue preparation, and the immediate endothelial transplantation in a challenging eye.
