This video demonstrates the technique for combining viscodilation using the Omni device and implantation of the Hydrus Microstent during cataract surgery. The idea behind this combination is to maximize the outflow system while minimizing the amount of of tissue destruction, leaving the option for cutting or removal of tissues, or even SLT in the future.
