IOP is one of the many challenges with these complicated patients, typically in the form of hypotony. However, in the abscence of PVR and recurrent retinal detachments the IOP is usually reasonable to control with drops.

great surgeries! How is IOP control in silicone oil filled eye without the a proper iris separating the anterior segment?. Thank you for sharing.
