Marlene Moster, MD, shares a new way to implant an iStent Trabecular Micro Bypass Stent (Glaukos). Using a MVR blade, she makes a small radial incision through trabecular meshwork into Schlemm's canal. This provides a landing strip for easier implantation of the iStent.
