Ross Lakhanpal, MD, presents a new entry technique for 23 gauge instrumentation. The insertion point should be 3.5 mm away from limbus. Using the Dugel EndPlate for leverage, Dr. Lakhanpal starts the insertion parallel in order to make a two-step incision.
